Each year, the Novi chapter sponsors one or
more youths to attend this special hunt. The youths selected
have physical disabilities which make hunting more difficult, but
possible with special accommodations. Click on the name

This summer the Novi Chapter will be
sponsoring 80 youths for a week long
hunting/education program at the Michigan
Out-of-Doors "Camp for Kids" held at Cedar Lake Camp, in
Chelsea,
Michigan (just west of Ann Arbor).
Each youth will be given the training
needed to earn their Hunter's Safety and Archery Safety
Certificates. Click on the name above for details and a

The Novi chapter began sponsoring youths
to attend this event in 2002. It is a weekend educational
program held each summer in Northern Michigan. It is
supported by the Michigan DNR, various SCI chapters and other
groups. Youths must already have obtained their Hunter
Safety Certificate to attend this program. The program
provides detailed instruction in wildlife, hunting techniques and
